The Supplier Shall Pack The Roof Complete In A Suitably Designed Returnable Fi Xture In Such A Way That Roof Complete Shall Not Get Scratched, Damaged, Twisted Dur Ing Transportation, Storage And Lifting And To Avoid Scratches On Outer Surface. It Sh Ould Be Wrapped With Enviroment Friendly Material And It Should Have Standard Clampi Ng /Fastening Mechanism So That It Can Be Opened Easily. It Should Have Firms Identifica Tion Mark. 2. First Returnable Fixture Along With Roof Complete Be Retained By Rcf & Thi S Fixture Shall Be Exchanged In The Second Lot Supply And So On. At The End Of The Cont Act, The Firm Shall Collect The Remaining Returnable Packing Fixture From Rcf. 3. The Pa Cking Fixture/Frame To Be Fabricated Having Sufficient Strength To Bear Approximate 2 Tonne Load In Static & Moving Condition Of One Coach Set Of Roof Complete. 4. The Fixtu Re /Frame/Pallet Should Be Designed So That The Packed Roof Complete Remain In Positio N To Minimize Surface Area. 5. It Should Also Be Suitable For Storage Of Roof Complete U Nder Open Sky. [ Warranty Period: 30 Months After The Date Of Delivery ] ]
