Tender For Construction Of Water Harvesting Structure At Malikbhatta And Kud Nursery Along with Borewell With Allied Equipment Under Bdmp 2025-26= 1 Transportation of the Drilling Rig unit/Equipments, tools & plants to the site of work through all kinds of roads, approaches, fields etc, complete in all respects. Erection of the Drilling Rig unit/Equipments at site (i/c leveling, jacking at site & making of workingplatform etc) as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.The job includes the complete shifting charges of total machinery from the yard to the site of construction which includes shifting of casing pipes to the site. 2 Drilling bore well of 300 mm dia for casing/strainer pipe, i/c hire & running charges of all equipment, tools, plants and machineries required for the job, all complete a) In all types of soil: 3 b) In Rocky strata i/c boulders: 4 Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical positon in bore well, ERW (ElectricResistance Welded ) FE 410 plain sloted (having slot of size 1.6/3.2 mm) mild steel threaded and socketed/plain bevelded pipes (type A) of 150 mm nominal size dia, of reputed & approved make having wall thickness not less than 5.40mm,including painted with outside surface with two coats, of anticorrosive bitumestic paint of approved brand and manufacture, including required hire & labour charges, fitting & accessories, all complete for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 5 Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical positon in bore well, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded ) FE 410 mild steel screwed and socketed/plain ended casing pipes of 150 mm nominal size dia, of reputed & approved make, having minimum wall thickness 5.0mm,including painted with outside surface with two coats, of anticorrosive bitumestic paint of approved brand and manufacture, including required hire & labour charges, fitting & accessories, all complete for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 6 P/F32 mm dia. G.l. Pipes (Light grade) as riser pipes, complete with G.l. Fittings 7 P/F Bail plug of 150 mm dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of bore well. 8 P/F suitable size threaded M.S. cap of 150 mm dia to the top of bore well casing pipe. 9 P/F M.S clamp of 150 mm dia to the top of bore well casing pipe i/c necessary bolts & nuts. 10 Keep provision for 5KV Stabilizer, submersible pump(1.5HP), its control panel, electric cable wire for submersible pump, fitting charges, etc 11 Keep provision for 2000-litre water tank, tanky stand, 15 mm dia. G.I. pipes complete with G.l. fittings, fitting charges, etc 12 Keep provision for sign board & photographs. 13 Add for contingencies
