Tender For Restoration Of water supply scheme Peth Dialgam- 1 Dismantling C.I./ DI pipes manually/ by mechanical means breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into blocks including stacking of pipes and lead at site within 50 meter lead as per direction of Engineer in-charge.Excluding excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes 100 mm dia DI 2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches forfoundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sidesand ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All Kinds of Soil 3 Laying in position centrifugally cast (spun) iron S&S or flanged pipes (excluding cost of pipes) 4 Providing push-on-joints to Centrifugally (Spun) Cast Iron Pipes or Ductile Iron Pipes including testing of joints and including the cost of rubber gasket. 100 mm dia DI pipes 5 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m 6 Engagement of hydraulic excavator (JCB) for retrieval of dislodged pipes from the Nallah& earthwork at spots & diversion of nallah at spots for execution of work & Channelization at head works 7 Hire charges of Welding machine with welder, gen set & helper including cost of electrods etc for welding of M.S Sheets , GI/ DI pipes etc including all carriages to & fro comp job. 8 Providing & Fixing MS Pipe specials as per site requirement
