Mechanical Sub-Division, P.W. (Roads) Directorate, 31/1, Belvedere Road, Bhawani Bhaban,Annexe Building, Kolkata -27 (08 unarmed security guards) (iii)Office of the Assistant Engineer, Howrah Mechanical Sub-Division, P.W. (Roads) Directorate, 4/2, Kartick Chandra Dutta Road, Howrah-711101 (03 unarmed security guards) iv) Office of the Assistant Engineer, Nadia Mechanical Sub-Division, P.W. (Roads) Directorate, Jorakuti, P.O.-Krishnanagar,Nadia-741101(03 unarmed security guards) Note: 1)Bidders should carefully peruse Sl. No. (4) & (5) of Special Terms and conditions as well as all the other terms and conditions enclosed with the NIQ before quoting Service Charge. 2) Bidders should carefully peruse Sl. No. (14) of Instruction to Bidders in the Notice Inviting Quotation (NIQ) regarding evaluation of lowest bidder in case of a tie.3) Payment will be made month -wise on pro-rata basis subject to satisfactory work done by bidder as per terms and conditions of the contract. 4) Labour Welfare Cess shall be payable as per extant guidelines which is at present 1% of the contract amount or the amount to be billed by the successful bidder every month.
