Bed-Cum-20-Passenger Lift- 1 SITC of Automatic Bed-Cum-Passenger (20-Persons) Lift( as per manufacturers design & as per detailed specification below confirming to IS ) and putting into operation afterfinal testingin the existing liftshaftcomplete with all accessories andrepairing thedamage wall / floor if any etc to complete as reqd. 2 Make : OTIS / KONE / SCHINDLER 3 Type: Bed Cum Passenger Lift . 4 Load : 20 Passenger /1360 Kg 5 Control: Microprocessor based with AC variable voltage & variable frequency( VVVF). 6 Machine:- Energy efficient machine, Gearless,with MachineRoom. 7 Position of Machine Room: Directly above the lift shaft. 8 Speed: 1.0 Mtrs./ Sec 9 Floor Served:G+3 10 Landing : 04 (Four), all on sameside. 11 Total Rise : 9.9 Mtr (Approx) (Bidder should visit the site). 12 Operation: Microprocessor based simplex fullcollectivewith or without attendant. 13 Signals : Digital car position indicator,car travels direction indicator in car & at all landing with call registration indicator. On overloading condition the lift car will not start with door remaining open and giveaudio & display indication. 28 Emergency lighting in car: Battery operated emergency lighting in the lift car. 29 Intercom system: Battery operated intercom system in Lift Car, Machine Room & Control Room 30 Emergency Alarm: Battery operated alarm bell system in lift car and control room 31 Fireman switch: Fireman switch at ground floor. 32 Voice Synthesizer: Voice announcementsystem (Voice Synthesizer) in the car to announce the position of the elevator in the hoist way as the car passes or stops at a floor served by the lift. 33 Main Wire rope/Belt - As per manufacturers standard conforming to IS 34 DIMENSION OF SHAFT & POWER SUPPLY 35 Available Shaft Dimension : 2050 mm (Wide) X 3400 (Depth) mm 36 Available Pit Depth :1800mm (Bidder should visit the site) 37 Available Overhead :6200 mm (Bidder should visit the site) 38 Electric power supply: AC 415 Volt 3phase, 50 Hz, terminated in machine room as per IS , 39 Other works: Necessary cutting of wall/floor for fixing the Fire Alarm switch , all Button switchs and also making provision to entry of rope , electri wire etc. as required to complete the job. 40 Charges for dismantling the existing old lift incl. all related accessories i.e, machine, controller,rope,car enclosure,collapsible gate, rail etc. 41 Less: Cost of dismantled materials of existing old lift. 42 Terms & Conditions: 43 i) The agency must procure the materials from the manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support the manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. 44 ii) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer/ OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support shuld be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution,of work / submission of bill. 45 iii) The rate quoted by the manufacturer should be inclusive of cost for providing 2 years DLPafter completion of 1 year of initial commissioning. 46 iv) Rate should be quoted with minor civil works, wall cutting and mending good the damages to the original finish. 47 v) If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules. 48 Rates should be quoted inclusive of all taxes & duties and L.W.C. @ 1% as applicable. 49 Defect Liabibility Period 1 (One) year
