Tender For New Work And Development of Tile Work, Lane, Drain, Tow Wall, and Well at Block Marheen , under District Capex Budget (DDC grants) Plan 2025-26- 1 Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: in all kinds of Soils. 2 Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth asdirectedin all kinds of Soils. 3 EXTRA FOREVERY ADDITIONAL LIFTOF 1.5MTS APART IN ALL KIND OF SOIL. 4 EXTRA FOREVERY ADDITIONAL LIFTOF 1.5MTS APART IN ALL KIND OF SOIL. 5 EXTRA FOREVERY ADDITIONAL LIFTOF 1.5MTS APART IN ALL KIND OF SOIL. 6 Providing and lying in position cement concrete 1 cement:5 fine sand :8 graded crushed stone aggregates 40mm size.excluding the cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plinth Level. 7 Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1 cement:3 fine sand:6 graded crushed stone aggregates 20mm size excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- all works upto plinth level. 8 Supply and supplyingof20% Boulders 9 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:4: 8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 10 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete includingcuring but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works above plinth level1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 11 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level . 12 Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 infoundation and plinth including curing in :CEMENT MOTOR (1:6) 13 Extra for brick work with bricks of class designation 75 curved on plan upto a mean radius not exceeding 6 meters. 14 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides offoundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each depositedlayer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 15 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete. 16 Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of aproved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 17 Carriage of Sand for an Av. Lead 10.0 km 18 Carriage of Agg (20+40)mm for an Av. Lead of 10.0Km by MT 19 Providing and Making of CIB of approved by size by way of making another layer of 12mm thick plaster with 1:4 cement mortar on front side outer plaster surface, painting and writings as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including supply of materials, carriages all complete L.M.R.
