CARRYING OUT DESIGN, DETAIL ENGINEERING, INSPECTION, SUPPLY , INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING ELECTRICAL HEAT TRACING SYSTEM (SKIN EFFECT & CONVENTIONAL TYPE) ON SUB CONTRACT BASIS IN CONNECTION WITH MECHANICAL WORKS FOR PART-A OFFSITE PIPELINE AND INLET RECEIVING TANK PROJECTSOF MANGALORE REFINERY & PETROCHEMICALS LTD., MANGALURU, KARNATAKA; 1 ELECTRIC SURFACE HEATING SYSTEM FO PIPELINE 2 ELECTRIC SURFACE HEATING SYSTEM (CONVENTIONAL) FOR FO PIPELINE WITHIN REFINERY COMPLEX 3 Design, detail engineering, procurement, testing at vendors works, supply, including procurement services of all equipment / materials for complete Electrical Heat tracing system as mentioned in the tender; including supply of required quantities & rating of PDBs & flameproof LDPs, all power and control cables from PDBs/LDPs to tracers/RTDs, multi circuit temperature controller, junction boxes, T-connectors, heating tape, tracer suitable for use in existing Hazardous area classification (suitable for Zone-2 IIA /IIB , T3 ) , central monitoring system with server, FO/RS-485 cable, necessary connectors and all associated materials, earthing materials, mandatory spares, commissioning spares, special tools & tackles and consumables, construction, fabrication, transportation of equipments /materials from contractors warehouse/store to place of installation, unpacking, surface preparation, installation, testing, mechanical completion, pre commissioning and commissioning required for completing & establishing a fully functional and operative Electrical Heat Tracing System and associated facilities including any balance field engineering, supply of all erection materials & structural supports/MS frames required (for installation of PDBs, LDPs, Power connectors, T-connectors, junction boxes, heating tape/tracer, cable trays, etc.), central monitoring system with server, laying, connection & termination of all power & control cables from PDB/LDP to tracers/RTDs, FO/RS- 485 cables from controllers in LDP to central monitoring system, testing of multi circuit temperature controller, installation of earthing material and connection to purchasers earthing grid, installation of metallic tags, aluminum fixing tape, cable glands & lugs, all other associated materials, etc. as required for process, testing and commissioning of complete system providing construction and all other activities complete as per scope of work/supplies detailed in various sections of the tender document, drawings, specifications, including civil works such as concrete foundations, excavation, disposal of surplus earth, sand, bricks, aligning, levelling, grouting / welding, bolting, riveting, etc. including all labour and materials as per tender document, approved drawings,scope & specifications of this tender and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 4 ELECTRIC SURFACE HEATING SYSTEM (CONVENTIONAL) FOR FO PIPELINE NEAR JETTY AREA( WITHIN NMPA COMPLEX) 5 Design, detail engineering, procurement, testing at vendors works, supply, including procurement services of all equipment / materials for complete Electrical Heat tracing system as mentioned in the tender; Heat tube, heat tracer cable, Load and Control Equipment i.e. PDB and Heat tracing control panel, RTDs at appropriate locations for control and monitoring and temperature indication, suitable for use in Hazardous area classification (Zone-2 , IIA/IIB , T3 ) MV & HV power cables, control cables required for interfacing with DCS/SCADA/HMI, civil & structure works, mechanical, Instrumentation works, insulation, painting, earthing, all necessary installation accessories like connectors, splices, pull boxes etc. Including commissioning spares, mandatory spares, special tools & tackles and consumables required for completing and establishing a fully functional system for FO pipeline from MRPL Refinery premises to Jetty as defined in Pipeline schematic drawing. Power feeding points for skin effect shall be at refinery end and 2 nos. Locations in between along the FO oil Pipeline. Any additional location of power source shall be arranged by contractor without time and cost implication including all labour and materials as per tender document, approved drawings, scope and specifications of this tender and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 8 NOTE:-THE ABOVE RATE SHALL BE INCLUSIVE OF ALL TAXES & DUTIES, ROYALTIES, CESS, FEE, ENVIORMENTAL & POLLUTION, FITNESS & SAFETY CLEARANCE CHARGES (IF ANY), OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL CHARGES ETC BUT EXCLUDING GST.
