On Epc Basis Contract At Mathura. - BUILDING WORK COMPLETE 2 Design, Engineering and Procurement for Construction of Circuit House at Mathura U.P. on EPC basis” contract at Mathura which includes “Circuit House, Staff Residency, Civil External development works, Infrastructure & External Development – Electrical Works and HVAC work”.The project shall be executed in accordance with stipulated DBR/Specifications and Guidelines, adopting NBC-2016, relevant Indian Standard (IS) Codes and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The scope also includes complete handing over of the facility and ensuring all works are completed in all respects.Note :-Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed(Including Labour Cess but Excluding GST).
