CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR AUTHORITY’S ENGINEER FOR SUPERVISION OF CONSTRUCTION OF DONG-JACHEP ROAD (GREEN-FIELD ALIGNMENT) TO NHSL SPECIFICATIONS FROM KM 15.000 TO KM 45.000 (NET LENGTH 30.000KM) UNDER PROJECT UDAYAK IN ARUNACHAL PRADESH STATE UNDER EPC MODE; 1 Key Personnel 2 Team Leader Cum Senior Highway Engineer 3 Resident Cum Highway Engineer 4 Bridge / Structural Engineer 5 Senior Pavement Specialist 6 Senior Quality/Material Expert cum Geotechnical Engineer 7 Road Safety Expert 8 Sub Professional Staff 9 Survey Engineer 10 Assistant Highway Engineer 11 CAD Expert 12 Environmental Engineer 13 Assistant Bridge Engineer 14 Assistant Quality cum Material Engineer 15 Electrical Engineer 16 Quantity Surveyor 17 Lab Technician 18 Document/ Data Entry operation 19 Support Staff 20 Office Manager (2 Nos.) 21 Accountant cum Cashier (2 Nos.) 22 Steno cum Computer Operator (2 Nos.) 23 Office Boy ( 2 nos.) 24 Transportation (Fixed Rate on rental basis) 25 Innova / Scorpio or equivalent (not more than 1 year old) (04 nos.) 26 Bolero /Thar or equivalent (not more than 1 years old) (3 no. during construction & maintenance period) 27 Duty Travel to Site (Fixed Costs) Professional and Sub-Professional Staff . The employer may require the Key Personnel to visit the Employer’s head quarter & Site / Employer’s Representative Office /other authorities. The quoted amount should include travel fare for 20 round trip to Employer’s Head Office and 20 round trip to Employer’s Representative Office (including Hotel charges, travel costs etc. Complete). 28 Office Rent (Fixed Costs) – Minimum 400 sqm area of office shall be rented 29 Office Rent (Fixed Costs) – Minimum 2 Offices of 200 sqm area of office shall be rented. The rent cost includes electricity and water charges, maintenance, Cleaning, repairs, etc. complete. 30 Office Supplies, Utilities and Communication (Fixed Costs) 31 Office Supplies 32 Drafting supplies 33 Computer Running Costs 34 Domestic and International Communication 35 Office Furniture and Equipment (Rental) (Brand new Furniture and Equipment shall be mandatory at the time of commencement of services as per the list given below. The rental rate per month shall be quoted for the total list of Office Furniture and Equipment) 36 The cost shall include rental charges towards all such furniture and equipment as required for proper functioning of office. Office furniture shall include executive tables, chairs, visitor chairs, steel almirahs, computer furniture, conference table etc. Office equipment shall include as a minimum of telephone (2 external & 10 internal lines), photocopier (15ppm, 12000 copies per month with A3 & A4 input) fax machine, PCs(5 No., Intel Core 2 Duo E8300, 19’’ colour TFT, Cache-6MB, RAM-2 GB, HDD-250 GB, DVD Writer, Key board, optical scroll mouse, MS- Windows Vista Business, pre- loaded anti-virus etc.), laser printers (2 no., 14 ppm, 266 MHZ, 5000 pages per month, 600x600 dpi or better etc., Engineering Plan printer (1 no.), binding machine (1 no.), plotter A0 size, overhead projector, AC (4 no., 1.5 Ton), Water Coolers (as required)etc. 37 Reports and Document Printing 38 Monthly Report 39 Half yearly Reports 40 Survey Equipment with Survey Party and Vehicle etc complete 41 Surface defects detection and roughness measurement using Network Survey Vehicle 42 Pavement strength measurement using FWD 43 Bridge inspection using Mobile Bridge Inspection Unit 44 Road signs inspection using Retro Reflectometer
