Tender For Zero Coating Work Of Tikari Connecting Road From Water Tank In Village Vidavar - Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 2 Providing& Laying, spreading and compacting of well graded materials moorum in blanket coat (granular surface coat) compacted thickness on a prepared base & compacting with power roller including all materials, machinary, labour &T&P etc. (Analysis as per specification 402 Mord) 3 Construction of granularsub base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor graded on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieved the density complete as per techical specification clause 401. 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggegates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel roller 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 5 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggegates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel roller 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 6 Laying Brick Soling layer on prepared sub-grade with brick on end edging according to lines, grade and cross- section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth, spreading 25mm thick lay of earth over brick soling, watering and rolling the samewith three wheeled road roller 80-100 KN per Technical Specification Clause 412. 7 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS-1 on prepaired surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70- 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. 8 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10at the rate of 0.35 kg/sqm on the prepaired surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 9 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregate either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. 10 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall usingType A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. 11 Construction of shoulder with approved materials excavated from roadway sides in cutting or filling lift upto 1.50m with normal lead upto 50m. spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.20 as per technical specification clause 301.5. 12 S/F of marble stone with letter writing and photography
