Repair/Replacement Of Worn Out Parts Of 5 Cusec X 24M Head Pumping Unit No.2 Along With Other Allied Electro-Mechanical Works At Lis Batera- 1 Repair/replacement of worn out parts of 5 cusec x 24m head pumping unit no.2 along with other allied electro-mechanical works at LIS Batera 2 Decoupling of 05cusec x 24m head HC pump of unit no.2at LIS Batera from the motor assembly and dismantling the pump from the base frame. Carriage of the dismantled 05 cusec HC pump to the nearest roadside, using manual labour, head load to nearest road side, loading in transport vehicle, carriage to the workshop in the mechanical transport for repairs. Repair to 5cusec horizontal casing pump at workshop by way of dismantling and extraction of damaged internal parts. Providing/fitting of new pump shaft by way ofturning, rethreading & finishing to accurate size as per specifications of old damaged shaft. Making of new slots for feather keys. Job includes repairs to impeller by way of remetalling, machining, brazing, turning and finishing to accurate size including making of new key way of the same specifications. Providing and fitting of 2no.s new bearings on driving and non driving end of the pump as per sample, 1no. neck ring, shaft protection sleeves, new gland studs and applying sufficient amount of grease to avoid excessive wear and tear, gland packing as per requirement. Complete assembling of pump set after carrying out necessary repairs. Shifting back to the LIS Batera after carrying out necessary repairs at workshop and then fitting/reinstallation at the base frame, coupling with the motor by making proper alignment and testing on partial/full load. Job also includes providing and fitting of new coupling nuts/bolts & rubber bushes. Complete job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, tools and tackles charges and carriage charges.Replacement of the wornout components of the 200KVA voltage stabilizer of LIS Batera. Job includes disconnecting all the electrical connections of the stabilizer both on LT transformer side and LT distribution panel side by way of removing old rusted thimbles along with nuts and bolts. Shifting of the stabilizer to the nearest roadside by manual head load through upstairs approx.100mtrs and loading of the same in the transport vehicle for further carriage to the workshop by employing hydraulic crane and manual labour at site. Replacement of the wornout components of the voltage stabilizer at workshop by way of removing its top cover for extraction of inner assembly from the casing sump. Providing and Fitting of new 01 no. copper coil of requisite size and specifications, new insulation material and nuts/bolts, varnishing drying in hot air circulation. Lowering of the coils inside the casing. Also replacement to the damaged components of rotor switch assemblies by providing/fitting of new set of brass bush rods for all individual phases on LT side. Also filling of 100 litres of fresh transformer oil (Transformer oil to be provided by the department). Providing and fitting of new top cover gasket and cover plate, nuts/bolts and complete reassembling of the stabilizer at workshop. Shifting back the voltage stabilizer to the site. Unloading the same at site employing hydraulic crane/manual labour and shifting by manual head load into the pump room for re-installation. Reinstallation of the voltage stabilizer in the pump room by fixing all the electrical connections, providing/fitting of new thimbles, nuts/bolts. Testing of the 200 KVA voltage stabilizer on partial load and then on full load at site. Complete job including cost of materials, cost of rebate on account of old copper scrap, skilled/semi skilled labour charges, hydraulic crane and tools and tackles required during the execution of the job. 3 Rebate on Old Parts
