Tender For Procurement Of Stainless Steel Transformer Oil Sampling Bottles- R.G., Stainre-ss Steel Transfotmer Oil Sampling Bottles for down voltage test Capacity: O3 Liters a) -BotGs are to be made from SS 304 pipe (NonMagnetic) and thickness of pipe is approximately- 25 mm b) Tkre bottle is designed to ensure that loss of hydrogen should not exceed 5 o/o Pet week. c) Bottles should be corrosion resistance and are tested up to 300 PSI Hydro Test, 150 PSI Pneumatic Test and ridiography test conforming to standards. d) It should be welded with flat ends or round ends The bottles are sealed gas tight with S.S needle valve (I14 BSP) & adapter fitted on either side of the bottie. valves on both sides are duly stress relieved, duly machined and polished. .) fn. needle valve are lOO o/o leak proof & tested at pressure of 2500 PSI r1 rn. bottlesshould have special characteristics like high creep strength, superior corrosion resisting properties in ou various temperature |
