Fabrication/manufacturing, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 kV Panel and associated electrical works for remote system components at BARC, Trombay, Mumbai.; 1 PLC panel: Fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PLCpanel complete as per system architecture drawing/ technical specifications /as required to implement the SCADA system. Scope includes supply and installation of necessary hardware items, interconnection data cables, power cables, internal wiring, termination all as required for implementation of SCADA system. 2 RIO panel: Fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of RIO panel complete as per System architecture drawing/ technical specifications /as required to implement the SCADA system. Scope includes supply and installation of necessary internal hardware items, interconnection data cables, power cables, wiring, termination all as required for implementation of SCADA system. 3 Wall mounted converter panels: Fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of wall mounted converter panelsincludingModbus to ethernet converters/gate ways, LIU, media converters, ethernet switches, power supplies, internal wiring all as required to implement the SCADA system as per system architecture/technical specifications. 4 SCADA: Supply installation testing and commissioning of SCADA system including SCADA server machines, control client work stations, accessories, necessary hardware all as per technical specifications 5 Contactors: Supply and installation of Control Contactor suitable for use in 110V DC systemwith24 VDC Coil. The interposing control contactors shall be as per clause No.5 of technical specification. 6 Multi function meters Type-A : Fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of communicable type multi function power monitoringmeters of type A as per clause 24 of technical specification. The meters have to be installed in existing electrical panels by making suitable door cutout at site. Scope includes providing 2 Nos. of 1.5 sqmm. X 1 Mtr. long copper wires forAC control supply for the meter within the panel. 7 Multi function meters Type-B : Fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of communicable type multi function power monitoringmeters of type B as per clause No. 25 of technical specification. Scope includes providing 2 Nos. of 1.5 sqmm. X 1 Mtr. long copper wires forAC control supply for the meter within the panel. The meters have to be installed in existing electrical panels by making suitable door cutouts. 8 OFC cabling: Supply and laying of 6core, optic fiber,unitube armoured, HDPE outer sheathed cables. Cables to be laid/pulledthrough HDPE pipes/clamped to wall ceiling as required at site. Scope includes termination of OFC cables wherever required as per system architecture drawing/as required to implement the SCADA system. 9 RS 485 Cabling: Supply and installation of 2 Pair, tinned copper, shielded, industrial, LSZH, RS-485 Un-armoured cables. Cables to be laid/pulledthrough HDPE pipes/ Scope includes termination of cables onmeters/devices/switches as required at site for implementation of SCADA. 10 Control cabling: Supply and laying of 16 Core, 0.75 Sq.mm electrolytic grade pure Cu conductor, armoured,FRLS outer sheathed control cables. Cables have to be clamped on wall/laid on trays as directed at site 11 Termination of control cable: Scope involves termination of 16 Core, 0.75 Sq.mm copper conductor armoured control cable. Supply and installation of brass cables glands, lugs, number ferrules, ties etc. shall be included in the scope 12 HDPE pipe: Supply and installation of 25 mm. heavy duty HDPE pipe for laying RS 485 / OFC cables. Pipes shall be clamped on wall/ceiling as required at site. Pipes to be supplied only after taking exact mesurement at siten. 13 Road cutting and installation of HDPE pipe for FO cabling: Scope involves making chassis on asphalt road at a depth of 300 mm. installation of HDPE pipe and concreating/finishing as directed at site for laying FO cable 14 Current transformers: Supply and installation of 30/5 A, 5 VA, class-1, epoxy resin casted current transformers. CTs shall be installed in existing panels for multifunction meters with wiring using 4 Sq. copper wire(1 meter/CT) with connector etc. 15 Fabrication, testing and providing of spares for SCADA system as per Clause No. 27 of technical specification 16 Fabrication, supply and installation, testing and commissioning of SCADA Room cooling system as per clause No. 28 of technical specification 17 Motor starters: Fabrication supply and installation of motor starter panels as per clause No. 26 of technical specification.
