Tender For Day To Day Operation And Upkeep Of 20 Nos. A Plus Category Of Inspection Bungalows Belonging To I And Wd,Gowb Spread Over Various Districts In The State For A Period Of 365 Days (12 Months)- 1 Day to day operation, working and upkeep of 20 nos. A+ Category Inspection Bungalows of I&WD spread over various districts of the State and out side by engaging competentpersonnel for upkeeping of all parts and installations, furnitures, gadgets and machineries, cookeries and cutilery, utensils and kitchen wares, washing and cleaning devices etc. including book keeping, recording of all proceedings (through computer aided with printing operation), cooking, serving of food and other similar works for complete comfort of inhabitants,ensuring 24 Hrs. safety & security of the premises and boardersfor proper functioning of the system, complete, and upto the satisfaction of the E.I.C. This works to becaerried out by engaging the following personnel. 2 a)Manager (Highly Skilled) for Zone-A:-i) Monthly wage payable to employee plus agencies service charge & overhead charges, including bonus payable by the Agency, amount to be deposited by the agency for ESI & EPF and amount to be deducted by the agency from Employee for ESI & EPF, all taxes complete. 3 b)Manager (Highly Skilled) for Zone-B:-i) Monthly wage payable to employee plus agencies service charge & overhead charges, including bonus payable by the Agency, amount to be deposited by the agency for ESI & EPF and amount to be deducted by the agency from Employee for ESI & EPF, all taxes complete. 4 a) Head Cook (Highly Skilled) for Zone-A:-i) Monthly wage payable to employee plus agencies service charge & overhead charges, including bonus payable by the Agency, amount to be deposited by the agency for ESI & EPF and amount to be deducted by the agency from Employee for ESI & EPF, all taxes complete. 5 b) Head Cook (Highly Skilled) for Zone-B:-i) Monthly wage payable to employee plus agencies service charge & overhead charges, including bonus payable by the Agency, amount to be deposited by the agency for ESI & EPF and amount to be deducted by the agency from Employee for ESI & EPF, all taxes complete. 6 a) Cook (Skilled) for Zone-A:-i) Monthly wage payable to employee plus agencies service charge & overhead charges, including bonus payable by the Agency, amount to be deposited by the agency for ESI & EPF and amount to be deducted by the agency from Employee for ESI & EPF, all taxes complete. 7 b) Cook (Skilled) for Zone-B :- i) Monthly wage payable to employee plus agencies service charge & overhead charges, including bonus payable by the Agency, amount to be deposited by the agency for ESI & EPF and amount to be deducted by the agency from Employee for ESI & EPF, all taxes complete. 8 a)Steward (Semi-Skilled) for Zone-A) :-i) Monthly wage payable to employee plus agencies service charge & overhead charges, including bonus payable by the Agency, amount to be deposited by the agency for ESI & EPF and amount to be deducted by the agency from Employee for ESI & EPF, all taxes complete. 9 b) Steward (Semi-Skilled ) for Zone-B):-i) Monthly wage payable to employee plus agencies service charge & overhead charges, including bonus payable by the Agency, amount to be deposited by the agency for ESI & EPF and amount to be deducted by the agency from Employee for ESI & EPF, all taxes complete. 10 a) House Keeping Boy (Unskilled) for Zone-A:- i) Monthly wage payable to employee plus agencies service charge & overhead charges, including bonus payable by the Agency, amount to be deposited by the agency for ESI & EPF and amount to be deducted by the agency from Employee for ESI & EPF, all taxes complete. 11 b) House Keeping Boy ( Unskilled)for Zone-B:- i) Monthly wage payable to employee plus agencies service charge & overhead charges, including bonus payable by the Agency, amount to be deposited by the agency for ESI & EPF and amount to be deducted by the agency from Employee for ESI & EPF, all taxes complete. 12 Head Mali (Semi-Skilled)for Zone-A&B:-i) Monthly wage payable to employee plus agencies service charge & overhead charges, including bonus payable by the Agency, amount to be deposited by the agency for ESI & EPF and amount to be deducted by the agency from Employee for ESI & EPF, all taxes complete. 13 a)Sweeper/Cleaner(Unskilled)for Zone-A:-i) Monthly wage payable to employee plus agencies service charge & overhead charges, including bonus payable by the Agency, amount to be deposited by the agency for ESI & EPF and amount to be deducted by the agency from Employee for ESI & EPF, all taxes complete. 14 b)Sweeper/Cleaner(Unskilled)for Zone-B:- i) Monthly wage payable to employee plus agencies service charge & overhead charges, including bonus payable by the Agency, amount to be deposited by the agency for ESI & EPF and amount to be deducted by the agency from Employee for ESI & EPF, all taxes complete. 15 a)Security Guard (Unskilled)for Zone-A:- i) Monthly wage payable to employee plus agencies service charge & overhead charges, including bonus payable by the Agency, amount to be deposited by the agency for ESI & EPF and amount to be deducted by the agency from Employee for ESI & EPF, all taxes complete. 16 b) Security Guard (Unskilled)for Zone-B:-i) Monthly wage payable to employee plus agencies service charge & overhead charges, including bonus payable by the Agency, amount to be deposited by the agency for ESI & EPF and amount to be deducted by the agency from Employee for ESI & EPF, all taxes complete. 17 Generator Grade-I /D.G operator(Highly Skilled) for Zone- A & B :-i) Monthly wage payable to employee plus agencies service charge & overhead charges, including bonus payable by the Agency, amount to be deposited by the agency for ESI & EPF and amount to be deducted by the agency from Employee for ESI & EPF, all taxes complete. 18 (i)Supply of detergent, soap, hygenic liquid, muratic acid (harpic), collins, wipers, dusters, brooms sticks, fish food and cost of fish for aquarium if any, etc.(ii)Labour charges for engaging washer man/laundry man (on call) maximum 20 days in a month for washing, cleaning, linens viz, bed sheets, pillow cover, towels etc. including carpets and courtens blankets (Engagement of 2 no persons) etc.(iii) Labour charges for cleaning/sweeping/washing entire outdoor premises of Bungalow surrounding keeping up to in alternate days ( 2 man 15 days).
