Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Supply and fixing rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality- Bcomplete all as specified andas directed. 7 Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girthand applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.. 8 Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Material and labour for Hardcore of Broken stone Broken or boulders of gauge n exc.63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed. 10 Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. 11 Material and labour for 50mm thick Plain Cement concrete type C-2, P.C.C 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in subbase for flooring, finished the surface even and rough complete all as specified and directed. 12 aterials and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar (1:4) on wall andfinished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Material and labour pre polished, precast Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 250mmx250mm of 22mm thick as in floors set , jointed & pointed with neat cement slurrywith white cement and pigmentincluding15 mm thick screed bedor bedding layer incementmortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. 14 Removing excavated material exceeding 250 meters but not exceeding 500m & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
