Procurement of Inputs: The selected bidder will be responsible for the procurement of all raw materials, chemicals, and consumables. This autonomy allows the bidder the flexibility to source and manage inputs based on their unique process requirements while leveraging NEPA’s existing infrastructure. Operation & Maintenance: The bidder will assume full responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the entire plant. This includes overseeing production processes, equipment management, and ensuring optimal plant performance. Marketing of Finished Products: The bidder will handle the marketing and sales of the finished products, allowing for independent business development and customer engagement strategies. B.) Details of Plant facilities: De-Inking Plant: Capacity of 300 BDT/day, designed for high-efficiency paper recycling and pulp production. Powerhouse: Total installed capacity of 12.27 MW to support uninterrupted plant operations. Substations & Distribution Network: 132/6.9 KV substations and an extensive internal distribution system to ensure stable and reliable power supply. Paper Machines 1 & 2 with Rewinders: Combined production capacity of 300 TPD (Tons Per Day), enabling high-volume paper manufacturing. Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP): Capacity of 12 MLD (Million Liters per Day) for effective treatment of industrial wastewater, ensuring compliance with environmental norms. Sludge Handling System: Integrated system for efficient handling and disposal of sludge generated during production. Workshops: Fully equipped Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation workshops for maintenance and technical support. Water Treatment Plant: Facility to ensure the availability of clean and treated water for industrial use. Compressor House: Provides necessary compressed air for pneumatic operations throughout the plant. Centralized HVAC System: Ensures climate control and air quality across operational areas. EOT Cranes: Installed for safe and efficient material handling within the plant premises.
