Tender For Various Remaining Work In Building At Fire Office Kota Road Baran. - 1 Dressing of earth work in surface excavation including cutting and filling upto 30cm depth including disposal of excavated earth upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m. 2 Random rubble dry stone Kharanja (soling) under floor. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 4 Providing and laying un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete mix With Concrete Mixer & vibrator pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed as per approved mix design, laid, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures (if required) as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades complete as per drawing and as per clause 602, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure A attached with this BSR . 19 Short point (up to 3 mtr.) 20 Medium point (up to 6 mtr.) 21 Long point (up to 10 mtr.) 22 Supplying and drawing FR PVC insulated & unsheathed flexible copper conductor as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked (IS:694) and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade . Wire should be made from 99.99% purity copper, class 5 stranding in acc. to IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free ( <10 ppm) for less chances of oxidization and higher silver content for gives better conductivity , insulation PVC type A or C ,flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per VDE 0298 part 4, , in existing surface or recessed PVC/ MS conduit/casing capping including all as per pre approved by Engineer in charge,making connections, etc. as required. OEM Must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for wires. All relative and latest acceptance tests reports by any NABL accredited lab for the conduit shall be submitted before execution & All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Recessed fan box, hexagonal/ round of size 130 mm dia, depth 75mm, 12 mm dia rod fan hook with 100 mm length extended on each side . All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure A attached with this BSR . 25 Providing & Fixing of ISO Certified company made BEE Star rated copper wounded double ball bearing capacitor start, aluminium body & Metallic blade ceiling fan as per PWD specification for electrical Works, Conform to all the performance requirements laid down in IS:374-2019 including all amendments, as applicable ; & Carry BIS licensing (i.e. ISI marking) or Quality Certification such as ISO - 9001 or above. with down rod up to 30 cm with secondary support safety cable ( steel wire ) , cotter pin with 3 x 1.5 sq.mm pvc insulated flexible copper conductor making connection testing etc. as required. Appropriate OEM test certificate shall be submitted by contractor. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.
