Tender For Nagar Nigam Kota South Ward 9 Lakhawa Talab Rain Water Maintenance Work 2 Nit 20 - Ward No. 09 Repair work of Lakhawa pond for safety during rainy season. - 1 WORK NAME 2 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth :Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 3 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine/ coarse sand) 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of granular sub-base by providing close graded material (Table 400-1), spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRT&H specification clause - 401 including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.Grading - III Material 5 Random rubble dry stone Kharanja (soling) under floor. 6 Engagged civilmistri 7 Supply of labour of lakhawa Talab site inshifts as requried atLakhawa talab . 2 Nos. *2 month *20 = 80 8 Supply & filling and stitching of empty bags of capacity 50 kg.per bag with earth available at site weight not less than 40 kg. Lakhawa Talab 10 Hire charges for tractor with trolly (with lifthing arrangements) above 26 HP to 40 HP including POL &Drive (1 Day = 8 working hrs. ) at lakhawa talab site . I 4 nos tractor & trolly x 10 days = 40 days ii 1nos. Tractorwithwater tanker 1x 10 days =10 days 11 Hire charges for JCB excavator cum loader including POL and opertatiponal staff all respect at lakhawa talab site 1 nos .JCB x 20 days |
