Pipe as directed by engineer in charge with Cross members fixed properly for stability. The top has to be covered with 19mm thick plywood / Block Board sheet in proper level and all four side of stage covered with neat and clean cloth as directed by engineer in charge. (Only Front elevation area will be meassured & accounted the same) 33 Container type V.V.I.P. toilet on hire basis for green room with walls made of G.I. sheets and W.C. pan, urinal, wash basin, mirror & other required accessories etc. complete. 34 Providing Wall paper of approved quality on partion wall for green room as directed by Engineer in charge & SPG. 35 Providing, Erecting and Removing Flag Poles of good quality as approved by engineer in charge. 36 Providing, Fixing and Removing Siganges of required size ( 3 x 2 ) with 3mm foam sheet with frame work using box pipe of 25 mm x 25 mm etc. as directed by Engineer in cherge. 37 Prov. & fixing of complete clusters of flower decoration work consisting of stage decoration,backdrop, Podium, Divi, front and side of stage including welcome gate and virtue stage including of flower ,stage ,green room ,entry gate ,Public Entry with all labours and materials as directed by Engineer ‐ In ‐Charge etc. comp. 38 Prov. & fixing of foger system (automatic water sprinkler system) on hire basis for cooling effect in Dome/Mandap For Public by providing flrxible pipe line and water sprinker unit at specified internal in mandap with water tanker with pumping motor of required capcity to cover all mandap area and all labours and materials as directed by Engineer ‐ In Charge etc. comp. Pipe or as directed by engineer in charge vertical pole and three horizontal rows of same size tied with vertical poles including making 0.45 mt. minimum deep pit fix the vertical pole including raping the cloth or applying new colour as directed to vertical & horizontal pole etc. complete as directed by Engineer‐incharge.
