1Taking out of 5 Nos. actuators from valves viz. inlet (250 mm), outlet (300 mm), air (100 mm), backwash (350 mm) and drain (400 mm) for from bed no. 4 making special lifting arrangement with AID of tripod stand and chain pulley block.
2Making alternative arrangement for manual operation with provision of headstock, extension coupling and hand wheel whatever needed for manual operation for Inlet Valve.
3Making alternative arrangement for manual operation with provision of headstock, extension coupling and hand wheel whatever needed for manual operation for Outlet Valve.
4Making alternative arrangement for manual operation with provision of headstock, extension coupling and hand wheel whatever needed for manual operation for Air Valve.
5Making alternative arrangement for manual operation with provision of headstock, extension coupling and hand wheel for manual operation for Backwash Valve.
6Making alternative arrangement for manual operation with provision of headstock, extension coupling and hand wheel whatever needed for manual operation for Drain Valve.
7Reconditioning of all valves for smooth operation manually checking free movement of wedge lug through the guide channel of the valve body and refacing of seating surfaces of all 05 Nos. valves. Change of all fasteners, S.S. nuts & bolts, packing and gasket or any other spares like spindle, nut etc.
8Complete revamping including all mechanical and electrical accessories whatever needed for Electric Actuator for operation of for Inlet Valve right from Control Panel.
9Complete revamping including all mechanical and electrical accessories whatever needed for Electric Actuator for operation of Outlet Valve right from Control Panel.
10Complete revamping including all mechanical and electrical accessories whatever needed for Electric Actuator for operation of Air Valve right from Control Panel.
11Complete revamping including all mechanical and electrical accessories whatever needed for Electric Actuator for operation of Backwash Valve right from Control Panel.
12Complete revamping including all mechanical and electrical accessories whatever needed for Electric Actuator for operation of Drain Valve right from Control Panel.
13Reassembling of all Actuators with all the valves of the filter bed and necessary testing for operation.
14Reconditioning of Control Panel with changes of circuit wearing and all push buttons and indicating lamp and interlock switch.
15Add Includng GST @18%
16Add Includng CESS @1%
