(Note:- 1. Spacer bars (chairs) shall be paid separately as shown in the drawing and as per direction of engineer in charge. 2. No extra payment shall be done for overlaps and/or couplers. 3. (No extra lift is payable if work is done by mechanical means) All kinds of soil 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 4.1.1 With 20mm nominal size graded stone aggregate.4.1.1.3 M-15 – Grade concrete. 7 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 4.1.2With 40mm nominal size graded stone aggregate. 4.1.2.1M-15 - Grade concrete 8 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ltr of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturers specification. Two or more coat on new work. 9 Finishing walls by any mechanical or manual means with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : 13.54.2 Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand or manufacture.
