Tender For Supply And Maintenance Of Natural Potted Plants For New Energy Campus Project Site, Sector-67, Faridabad, Haryana; Supply and maintenance of plants at Rs.SEVEN ONLY Rs.ONE LAC IOCL New Energy Campus Project site TWENTY-SIX on daily hiring basis. THOUSAND ONLY The service shall include all supervision, expertise, tools, equipments, trash bags and other supplies like manures, insecticide, fungicide etc. adequate in kind and quality to perform plant maintenance.Nothing extra shall be payable to the agency on this account. Agency must ensure placement of healthy, disease and pest free and attractive quality plant materials that provide aesthetic improvement and exhibit sustainable air attributes. The plants and pots with tray (plastic) shall be provided by the agency and the cost of the pots and tray is deemed included in the maintenace rates. Nothing extra shall be payable to the agency on this account. Species of plants includes the following, but not limited to : Aglaonema,Araucaria, Areca Palm, Croton,Dieffenbachia, Dracaena, Monestaria,Money Plant, Rubber plant, Schefflera, Syngonium, Allyssum, Antirrhinum, Begonia, Chrysanthemum, Dahlia , Dianthus, Gerbera, Marigold, Pansy, Petunia, Salvia, Vinca, Rose, Adenium, Bougainvillea, Ficus,English Ivy Plant, etc. Height of plant inclusive of pot/tray in inches: 41-50 Width of plant inclusive of pot/tray in inches: 36-45 Agency has to depute a gardener on daily visit basis at project site for proper upkeep and maintenance of Tendor No.: RDPJNC2502 plants. The cost of gardener services is deemed included in the maintenance rates. Nothing extra shall be payable to the agency on this account. The agency has to ensure that the plants are maintained in a healthy condition and in case a plant gets damaged/die/or loose form due to negligence or natural causes, the agency must ensure its replacement at their own cost.
