Ch. 10-NS/2 (Excluding Cost of GST) 5 Renewing Panes of Glass including supply of Glass 4.3mm with putty and brads, including supply of materials, labours, and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. As per SI No-806(Excluding Cost of GST) 6 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth compleic.(DSR No.13.80) (Excluding Cost of GST) 7 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 Ltr/lOsqm over and including base).(DSR No.14.21) (Excluding Cost of GST) 8 Painting or varnishing old iron work in small area or wood with two coat (up to one sq. meter) of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Paint to be used should confirm to the ISI No. 103 1950 (Chapter 14-3+2).(Excluding Cost of GST) 9 Providingand applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (DSR 22.22A)(Excluding Cost of GST)
