2Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundation pipe cable etc in o ordinary soil (loan clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 m. lead up to 50 m and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer i/c within a lead of 50 m. Ch-4 (251)
3Providing and laying Cement concrete (1:6:12, 1 Cement: 6 fine sand: 12 Brick ballast nominal size 40 mm) and cuting complete, including cost of formwork in foundation and floors.
4Exavating and filling of local earth (including royality) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 1 Km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exciding 20 cm in trenches plinth side of foundation etc all work.
5class -150 Brick work in (1:4) cement mortar in foundation& plinth including supply of all Materials Labour and Tool & Plants etc, required for proper completion of the work.
6230 mm thk Class -150 Brick work in (1:4) cement Mortar in Super structure including supply of all Materials Labours and Tool & Plants etc, required for proper completion of the work.
712mm Thick cement plaster 1;4 in single coat on Both side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth.
8P/A wall putty of 1mm thick including all work.
9supply and laying GSB including alll completion of work.
10P/L rubber moulded interlocking concrete block with 80mm thick ICBP having Strength not less then 30 KN/Sqm Complete as per technical specification clause 1500
11Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coat to give an even shade. Including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
12RCC work with Cement concrete 1:1.5:3, 1 Cement:1.5 coarse sand: 3 Stone Agregate incuding all completion of work for slab
13Mild steel or Iron in Reinforcement including all completion of work.
14sale of materials bricks with all completion
15cartage of Earth up to 3 Km including all completion of work.
16Add 18% G.S.T
