If required including repair of valve, replacement of nuts & bots, rubber packing sheets as per direction and approved of E.I (per month) PSRNote:- If the colony is handed over to Nagar Nigam before complection of contract. The contract shall be automatically be finalised without giving any notice to the contractor and no further payments will be given after hand over date.
