1Water Bound Macadam Grading 3 -Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-3. As per MoRT&H Specification & Clause No. 4.11A, 404(iii) complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. (Including Labour Cess and royaltiy) (GST will be paid extra as applicable)
2Tack coat - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade usingpressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As per MoRT&H Specification & Clause No. 5.02, 503i complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. including cost of bitument (VG-10) (Including Labour Cess) (GST will be paid extra as applicable)
320mm Thick Open GradedPremix Carpet -Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm and 5.6 mm aggregates either using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant (HMP), laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. As per MoRT&H Specification & Clause No. 5.07, 510 complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. including cost of bitument(Including Labour Cess) (GST will be paid extra as applicable)ble)
4Seal Coat-Providing and laying fo premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonne/hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade, Type B. As per MoRT&H Specification & Clause No. 5.09, 511(ii) complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. including cost of bitument (Including Labour Cess) (GST will be paid extra as applicable)
