Tender For Road Marking Work At Lalganj-Manjhanpur-Mau Road (Sh 171) Km. 0.00 To 25.900 - Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compund 2.5 mm thick including reflectrosing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area. Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35 the finished surface to be level. Area of edge line of 10 cm. width along road both sides. 2 Thermoplastic marking of 300 mm wide and 15 mm height at 1000 mm apart (one set is of 6 strips) 15 mm height is acheved through six application of thermoplastic, applied at an interval not less than 1 hour after the previours layer gets solidified.Alternatively. Made of mastic asphalt or any equivalent material which would provide 15mm high.(Reapeted bar) 3 Supply, fixing and eraction of built up Overhead Structure of 12M-15M span comprising of three vertical posts of 6.00 m height made up 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm plate at topand 12 mm MS plate at bottom. The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class MS pipe and 40 mm dia heavy MS pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing of vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetic anamel paint. The work includes construction of RCC foundations of size 90x90 M required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earthwork in excavation 100 mm thick Lean concrete in 1:4:8 cement coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast. RCC with 1:2:4 cement coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundations bolts 600 mm long as per provosoin of structure disign including costs of reinforcement and shuttering. The lateral vertical clearence and complete. 4 Providing and fixing of reflective signs with a correction resistant 4mm thick aluminium composite panel face to be fully covered with high intensity prismatic sheeting type IV as per IRC-67-2010 retro reflevtive sheetingwith MS angle frame of 35x3 |
