Repairing Of Low Voltage Power Supply With Allied Work At Bhairon Marg Sps- 1 DismantliB6:B17 ismantling the old defective component after making suitable arrangement for continuous power supply to the panel and Dismantling old indicating instruments. 2 P/o MCCB 415 V, TP3 Phase high breaking capacity 50 KA Hz, 250Amp as outgoing with spreader terminal. Make : L&T/Siemens/Havells. 3 P/o MCCB 415 V, TP Phase high breaking capacity 50 KA Hz, 125 Amp for outgoing with spreader terminal.Make : L&T/Siemens/Havells. 4 P/o MCB Single pole 6 Amp Make: L&T/ Standard/ Havells. 5 P/o MCB Double pole 63 Amp 1100 volts. Make: L&T/ Standard/ Havells. 6 Complete servicing and overhauling of the bus bar joints, including tightening, replacing of damage bus Bar and nut bolts, restoring control wiring and other works required for rehabilitation of L.T. Panels conditions as per requirement at site. 7 P/o Digital Volt meter 0-500 volts. Make : AE/L&T. 8 P/o indicating light LED type RYB & On/Off. Make: L&T/Havells. 9 P/o Current Transformer 200/5. Make : L&T/Salzor 17 Providing, laying and making connections of PVC insulated Copper flexible cable single core 95 sq mm. Make: AE/L&T 20 Fixing Testing and commissioning of above component & laying of cable and aliened accessories as per required parameters with relevant IS. Testing of panel prior to switching on as follow: i. Continuity and earth testing ii. Merging of all equipment for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth iii. Checking for all tightness of nut and bolts. iv. Alignment of doors etc. v. Interlocking test. vi. All function tests. vii. Testing on load with engineer in charge. |
