Delaunching ofpanels, panel-pins,transoms,transom clamps, chord reinforcement,chord bolt(L/S), Base plate, Bearing, Side deck (L/S), Centre deck (L/S), End deck (L/S), HD bolts, Sway Brace, End post (M/F) Bracking bolt, Bracing Frame, Racker, Tie Plate,Roller etc. using Hydra Crans& Skilled labour. 6 Carriage of materials from Divisional Store Zewan to site of work and left over components back to Divisional store. incl. return ofdamaged componets of bailey bridge to Zewan store. 7 upto 5km 8 upto 10km 9 upto 20km 10 Beyond 20km/additional km 11 Engagement of hydraulic crane for lifting, Loading and stacking in trucks & at site of work forlifting, loading, & stacking in truck at Divisional store. 12 Engagement of JCB to remove land slides & to make road even for de -launching/ Launching. 13 Engagement of black smith for cleaning of rusted nuts & boltsincl. cost of cuttingMS steel and other materials by way of mechanical cutter or gas welding . 14 Welding/ cutting charges for fixing of MS steel welded in builtup section incl.mechanical carriage, hire charges of generator , its fuelcost, electrode & labour. 15 Supply and fixing of Retro Reflective Sign Board made on 4mm thick Aluminum Composite Panel covered with high intensity prismatic reflective sheet conforming to type IV of ASTM D-4956. the white high intennsity prismatic sheed should be printed for the approved design. and all type of carriage / ead load upto site of work. 16 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres:All kinds of soil : 17 Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12 (D=100 mm with tolerance of ± 2%) Zinc coated, Mesh wire diameter 3.0mm, mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2mm, supplied @ 3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders/ Quarry stones with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 18 Providing and laying of Khak bajri including compacting, watering and consolidation with power road roller to the required gradient and camber including all carriages of material complete. 19 Providing and laying G.S.B. grade including compacting, watering and consolidation with power road roller to the required gradient and camber including all carriages of material complete. 20 Supplying, stacking, Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes ofWBM G-2nd with specified grade stone aggregrate 63-45mm nominal size including sorting spreading to template watering and consolidation upto required gradient and camber with 8-10 tone capacity road roller including providing and laying of screening 13.20mm size and stone dust and carriage of material from nearest approved source to site of work compete job. (Two Layers) 21 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 22 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.
