Tender For Quotation For The Maintenance Of Gas Cremation Furnace And Kailasnagar Smashanbhoomi Premises - MECHANICAL WORKS: 3 Cleaning, oiling and greasing of moving parts. 4 Cleaning of nozzles. 5 Cleaning viewing Pyrex eyeglasses. 6 Leveling of furnace door. 7 Cleaning drain connection of scrubber and Header. 8 Cleaning flanged joints of flue SS ducting and tightening nut bolts. 9 ELECTRICAL WORKS: 10 Checking and tightening of Connections. 11 Replacing blown of Fuses of appropriate size and capacity. 12 Checking earth Continuity. 13 Checking insulation of motors and cables. 14 Checking thermo couple connection. 15 Checking connection between Burners and contractors. 16 Replacing fused indicating lights. 17 Checking the limit switches. 18 Removing cobwebs from the control panel. 19 Maintenance of all Tube Light Fixtures. 20 MAINTENANCE OF 10 KVA DG SET & ITS ACCESSORIES 21 Checking of Oil leakages & rectification for oil leakage 22 Checking of Water leakages & rectification for water leakage 23 Greasing of all greasing points 24 Cleaning/Repairing / Replacement of radiator with compress air 25 Checking and cleaning of fuel tank 26 Checking of all electrical wiring used for engine safety system 27 Checking of water level in radiator 28 CONTROL PANEL 29 Tightening of all connection of power circuit and control curcuit of the panel 30 Checking & Cleaning of contacts of all contractor 31 Tightening of power cables 32 MAINTENANCE OF WORKS 33 Cleaning of Suction blower 34 Cleaning of chimney base from inside 35 Replacement of broken bricks. 36 Cementing of open joints. 37 Servicing of Burner. 38 Cleaning of exhaust flue ducts. 39 Exhaust gas Monitoring 40 MAINTENANCE OF WORKS 41 Painting of all MS surfaces with anticorrosive heat resistant paints and finished with two coats enameled paints or as per standard codes of painting every six months. Overhauling of bearings, housings and replacement of worn out bearings. 42 SPARES: 43 All spares and repairs, replacement and rewinding of motors, required for the maintenance work shall be provided by US at your own expenses during the period of Maintenance Contract i.e. 24 Calendar months under the supervision. |
