Tender For New Construction Work Of Ruripara To Bhujpur Link Road - Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift up to 1.5 meter transporting to sites spreading grading to require slope and compaction to meet requirement of table 300.1 & 300.2 with a lead up to 1000 meter as per MORD technical specification clause 301.5 MORD sepecification 301.5(i) S.No. 3.4(Ordinary soil) 2 Construction of subgrade with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads. transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead up to 1000 m as per Technical specification cause 303.1. including Stablization with 2% unslaked lime including its mixing with rotabator complete. 3 Construction of Granular sub base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with 2% Cement (OPC) with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achive the desired density complete as per clause 401. 4 Providing , laying, spreading material on a prepared subgradeadding cement (OPC) @ 4% by weight of the spread material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achive the desired unconfined strength and to form a layer of sub base. 5 Providing and applying tack coat with vg-10 grade bitumen using pressure distributor @ 0.35 kg. per sqmon the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with machenical broom. As per MORD clause 503 (iii) as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. 6 20 mm thick open-Graded Premix carpetProviding, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to Serve as wearing etc. as Per MORD Specific 508 Clauseas per direction of Engineer-in- charge. 7 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and croos fall using type-C, as per Technical Specification clause 510 8 Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. 9 Maintenance Charge including @ Earth work ,repair of painted surface, earthwork on patri ,culvert,road furniture etc.as per direction of E.I for the period of five years from the actual completion of workMaintenance cost for 1st year (@0 % of total work amount S.No.1-20) per KM. 10 Maintenance Charge including @ Earth work ,repair of painted surface, earthwork on patri ,culvert,road furniture etc.as per direction of E.I for the period of five years from the actual completion of workMaintenance cost for 2nd year (@1.00 % of total work amount S.No.1-20) per KM. 11 Maintenance Charge including @ Earth work , repair of painted surface, earthwork on patri ,culvert,road furniture etc.as per direction of E.I for the period of five years from the actual completion of workMaintenance cost for 3rd year (@1.50% of total work amount S.No.1-20) per KM. 12 Maintenance Charge including @ Earth work ,repair of painted surface,earthwork on patri ,culvert,road furniture etc.as per direction of E.I for the period of five years from the actual completion of workMaintenance cost for 4th year(@2.00% of total work amount S.No.1-20) per KM. 13 Maintenance Charge including @ Earth work ,repair of painted surface,earthwork on patri ,culvert,road furniture etc.as per direction of E.I for the period of five years from the actual completion of workMaintenance cost for 5th year (@3.00% of total work amount S.No.1-20) per KM.
