Tender For Repair To Certain Roads And Road Furniture At Harsil Area Under Ge 871 Ews; 1 Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for cement concrete work in 150 mm thick Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Supply only polyster triangular fibre for mixing in plain quality controlled cement concrete as recommended complete all as specified and directed . 4 M & L for forming 20 mm thick Expansion joints for thickness of concrete slab 150 mm, filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed 5 M&L for Forming contruction(Dummy) joint 65 mm deep x10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade ‘A complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Labour for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming, complete all as specified and directed. 7 S&F in repair Solar road stud of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm made out of toughened aluminium alloy body with polycarbonated top cover, IP protection against water ingress, having 03 Nos super bright LEDs on each side coloured reflective LED cover in built rechargeable battery, solar panel visibility upto 600m automatically turns on at night and turns off down, flashing for min 3 days once fully charged, suitable for night & adverse weather condition and fixed with epoxy chemical cement and hardner (Bituminious adhesive BT-69) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Tata BP/Dark Eye/3m India Ltd or Equivalent complete all as specified and directed. 8 Removing of broken unserviceable mirror with stand and S&F convex mirror 800mm dia made of polycarbonate material with adjustable rod including excavation in post holes of size 30cm X 30cm X 45cm and filling with concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 and making good complete all as specified and directed. |
