(earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment). 2 Fine dressing of the ground. 3 Supplying and stacking sludge at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment). 4 Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge 5 Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately)- Holes 45 cm dia, and 45 cm deep. 6 Providing & laying Selection no. 1 doob grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light watering the same maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly,as per direction of officer in charge 7 Providing and displaying of Areca Palm having ht. 1.20 m to 1.50 m with 5 to 6 suckers, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 8 Providing and stacking of Bottle palm of ht. 150-180 cm bottom girth 20-25 cm well developed in big poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 9 Providing and stacking of Phyllanthus emblica (Amla) of height 150-165 cm. in Big HDPE Bag as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 10 Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 11 Construction of granular sub-base (grading-1) by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper 80/120 no, and then with sand paper of 160/180 nos2. Applying two coats of sealer with spray gun and allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat is allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs.3. On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with emery cloth of finer grading with ample water to remove excess sealer layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade melamine fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs.4. On this, 1st coat of melamine polish is applied with spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner in required proportion This 1st coat is allowed to dry for 24 hrs then this dry surface is again fine wet rubbed smooth, which is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. The final melamine polish is applied with compressor pressute spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner mixed in required proportion complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Einal coat to be done in 1 or 2 layers without gap of time 38 Round off
