Tender For Dpitc Of Automatic Fire Detection System For Various Te Sites Under Kurnool Ba (Recall); 1 Supplying and fixing of solid state microprocessor based control panel with following no of zones made of 16Gauge MS sheet suitable for operation on 230V,50HZ AC supply Power supply module, control module, potential free contacts for extension of alarms with features as per specifications & providing DC to DC converter (50V DC to24V DC) including making connections of existing cables etc., as required. 2 a) 2 Zone control panel 3 b) 4 Zone control panel 4 c)6 Zone control panel 5 d) 8 Zone control panel 6 Prdg and fixing of the following componentsfor automatic smoke detectionsystem as per specifications attached 7 a) Photo electric/Optical smoke detector with base plate etc as reqd ( Make : System senser / Edward/ SS make) 8 b) Electronic Hooter ( 4 watts) suitable for intermittent and continuousalarm as per specification as required. 9 c) Manual Call Pointwith hammer and chain as per specifications 10 Supplying & Laying of 2x1.5 SQmm armored FRLS copper conductor cable on surface of wall/recess etc as reqd 11 Supplying and making end termination to the 2x1.5 Sq.mm armoured copper cable with suitable Brass compression gland and lugs etc. as required. 12 Supplying & fixing of 4.5 kgs co2 fire extinguishers along with 1 mt hose pipe on surface of walletc as reqd 13 Dismantling of existing old faulty Fire Alarm Control Panel along with its accessories including removing electrical connections etc., as required 14 Supplying & Fixing Adaptor box made of 16 SWG MS Sheet of required size as per site conditions including painting etc., as required. 15 Supplying & fixingof discharge hose (1 mtr approx) with PVC horn for 4.5 Kg Co2 extinguisher alongwith removing the old/ damaged horn/ hose/ pressure guage complete as required. 16 Refilling of 4.5 Kg Co2 extinguisher to rated pressure including removing of the old gas, fixing leakages along with hanging of the extinguisher at suitable location on the wall by providing iron ring and latch complete as required. 17 Providing Sign writing on acrylic sheet and letters as FIRE EXTINGUISHER in Red colour and fixing above the Fire Extinguisher etc., as required. |
