Tender For Certain Misc Repair To Chequerred Tiles, Paver Block, Parking Tiles Etc Under Age (I) Cg Noida; 1 Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc including cement mortar bedding, removing the rubbish off the premises of MOD land complete all as specified. 2 Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid dry or laid dry and pointed. 3 M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick With grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified. 4 M&L 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0(using 12.5mm graded crushed stone agg) as in floor finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with out using extra cement. 5 M&L for 20mm thick Screed bedor beding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete. 6 M&L for providing 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix, type D-2 (Using40mm graded stone aggregate) as sub-base floor complete all as specified and directed. 7 Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. 8 Demolition cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thick and removing the rubbish off the premises of MOD land complete all as specified. 9 M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) in floors complete. 10 M&L for Digital coloured Industrial parking tiles of size 300x300x10mm thick in floors laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 etc set and jointed with epoxy grout Ardex Endura as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified. ((Make: Jhonson, Orient, Kajarai) 11 Taking down cement plaster incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water incl rubbish off the demolished material out of Mod land complete all as specified and directed 12 M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete. 13 M&L for Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over & including one coat of 3mm th Birla Putty and primer complete all as specified and directed. 14 S&F in replacement factory made 450mm x 600mm Grey FRP channel drain covers, having opening for water entrance, load carrying capacity not less than 2.5 ton complete all as spd & as directed. 15 M&L for rubbing, polishing of kota stone in three cuts as required, complete all as specified and directed. 16 Disconnecting existing tanks for repair, Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, 5000Ltrcapacity including washing with bleaching powder andreconnecting cleaned tankcomplete all as specified and directed. 17 Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 ltrs and not exc 500 ltrs., setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc 18 All as per Srl Item No 17.00above but exc 500 ltrs and not exc 1000 ltrs. 19 S&Fin repair Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 Litres capacity, (cylindrical vertical tanks with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet and over flow pipe and provision of wash out pipe etc including taking down existing tank complete. 20 S&F in repair Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 1000 Litres capacity, (cylindrical vertical tanks with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet and over flow pipe and provision of wash out pipe etc including taking down ofexisting tank, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
