Tank Improvement/ Renovation/ Modernisation Works Of 05 (Five) Minor Irrigation Projects In Keonjhar District Under Oiipcra Scheme (Cluster-Vi).- 1 THE WORK MODERNISATION TO PATHARAKUNDI MIP IN GHASIPURA BLOCK UNDER OIIPCRA GRANT FOR THE YEAR 2024-25 2 Clearing shurb jungles including uprooting stumps & small bushes and trees below 1M girth on premeasurement. 3 Earth work in ordinary soil within 50m Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 4 Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soilwithin 50m Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 5 Cement concrete M-15 grade in crushed granite coarse aggregate of size 20mm size & down graded to be mixed in concrete mixer including cost, conveyance and royalty of all materials,machineries and labour and laying in Head works, canal structures of the project with required lifts & delifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 6 Cement concrete M20 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of 20 mm down grade size in concrete mixture including cost of all materials ,machineries and labouer with all leadfor materials upto the mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete within initial lead of 50m and laying in dams, barrages,power house and pen stock with all lift/delift upto 1.50m height above average ground leveletc. complete in all respect to proper slope & levelwith all cost, conveyance, royalty & other taes of all materials complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 7 Straightening, cutting, bending, binding and lying the grills as per approved design & placing in position including cost, conveyance of M.S. Rod & binding wire 18 to 20 gauge complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 8 Filling in foudation and plinth with sand watered and rammed etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in charge. 9 Supplying laying and placing 150mm dia NP 3 Hume pipe in position with all cost, conveyance etc complete. 10 Dismantling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the derbies within 50mtr lead for 0.075m thickness . 11 Fine dressing of earthwork including cutting filling of earth upto 0.15m depth of surface and turfing with 2 extra lead over initial lead of 50m and extra lead of 50m and 1.5m initial lift as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 12 Collecting, stacking and conveying from stacks spreading moorum and consolidation with H.R.R. including water as directedby Engineer-in-charge. (Refer AOR Item No. 07,Page No. 142) 13 Providing rigid shuttering with box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints in rafts of weirs, barrages and dam blocks including cost of all materials and labour T & P. etc. complete as directed by theEngineer- in- charge including removal of forms. 14 Rough stone dry packing in approns and revetments with hard broken granite stones of size 15cm to 30cmincluding cost, carriage & royality etc complete. 15 Removing old revetment and approns and repacking with old H.G stoneetc complete as per direction of Engineer incharage.(Refer Item No. 14,Page No. 79) 16 MODERNISATION TO BADJAMPOSI M.I.P AT BADJAMPOSI OF BADJAMPOSI GRAM PANCHAYATA IN GHATAGAON BLOCK OF KEONJHAR DISTRICT UNDER OIIPCRA SCHEME FOR THE YEAR 2024-25 17 Cleaning shurb jungle including uprooting stumps & small bushes and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area. Rod & binding wire 18 to 20 gauge complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 24 Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works in foundation of all heights with wooden & steel shuttering plates including supply of ties supports rigidly fixed and removal including making good to the damaged surface where necessary with all scaffolding gangway etc. with cost, conveyance and other taxes of all materials including all labour and T & P materials required for the item complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 25 Fine dressing of earthwork including cutting filling of earth upto 0.15m depth of surface and turfing with initial lead of 50m and extra lead of 50m and 1.5m initial lift as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 26 Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loadinginto and transportation and unloading the soil initial lead of 2 Km on properly prepared and scintifically approved surface including spreading and levelling in the earth in 22.5 cm layers to make ready for watering and compaction in Dams and Dykes for all heights including construction, Mantainance , watering and lighting of houl road and borrow area etc. complete as per thedirected by the E.I.C (measurement of the fill to be taken up on finished compacted section under OMC condition). 27 Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost conveyance and royalty etc. 28 Ramming or Rolling earth work with light H.R.R in embankments in layers not excceding 0.300m with all labours T&P as required etc complete.(A/R 2006 P-06 Item no-09)Data for 28.31Cum 29 Providing stone riprap to the slopes of earthdam and dyke with quarried and blasted granite stone boulders of size 0.30m and above including dumping on slopes filling interstices with small stones & wedges and packing surface to proper line and levels including fixing wave breakers complete with all leads & lifts complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
