Dismantling & repairing of 02 Nos. Dewatering Pump-motor (submersible) sets along with toping up of transformer oil including dehydration, filtration at Padmapukur clear water Booster Pumping station, Howrah, under JNNURM-II division, KMDA.- 1 PART A: Dismantling & reparing of submersible P/M set (02 nos.) 2 Disconnecting the delivery pipe line with all accessories and removal of 1.5 HP dewatering from the pit. 3 Transportation charges for taking the submersible pump-motor setentire assembly to the work shop where the rectification work will be doneas per direction of EIC & viceversa. 4 Charges of complete rewinding of 415 V grade 1.5 HP submersible motor with copper winding wire and strips including testing, and fixing the motor 5 Supply and fixing of submersible thrust bearing 6 Supply and filling of hydraulic oil servogem 68 for above pump motor set 7 Supply & Delivery Burgnann Mechanical seal type M 377409/100 with face combination silicon carbide Ve silicon carbide 8 Installation & commissioning of submersible pump motor set including re-fixing the all existing accessories after lowering down the pump motor set in the existing pit. This item included arrangement of chain pulley block, tools, tackles , sundry material etc. 9 PART B: Toping up of transformer oil including dehydration, filtration (03 nos. 750 KVA) 10 Dehydration & filtration of power transformer oil to raise the dielectric strenght to the value specified in IS including submission of test result. The cost include man, machinery and tool & plant hire charges to complete the at site as per direction of the EIC. 11 Toping up of transformer with transformer oil . 12 Taking out sample of oil from power/voltage transformer/ OCB etc. & testing their dielectric strenght according to specification & submission of result. 13 Opening the transformer breather and refitting the same after changing the silica gel including supply of necessary gaskets and silica gel. 14 Repairing/Rectification, installation and commissioning of the Bucholtz relay of the 500 KVA transformer. 15 HV testing of 500 KVA transformer. 16 Added:- GST @ 18% 17 Added @ 1 % Labour Cess |
