Construction of Mabung Mhs (2X500 Kw) (Sh Planning,Design, Drawing, Manufacturing, Supplying,Errection, Testing And Commissioning Of E- Mechanical Equipments Ic Switchyard Sub Station Of Tg Sets In Complete On Lump Sum Fixed Tender On Turnkey Basis.-Generating Plant / Equipment 2 2 Jet Horizontal Turgo Impulse Turbine 1000 RPM/Pelton Turbine 750 RPM to deliver 500 kW with 157.02 meter head at generator terminals, each comprising of shaft, runner, spiral casing complete distribution assembly, adjustable guide vanes,servomechanism, bearings, draft tube, drainage / dewatering system and cooling water system including all other accessories such as indicating and recording instruments, safety devices, butterfly valves etc.as required 3 Brushless Horizontal Synchronous Generators of 500 kW(having 10% continuos overload capacity), 1000/750 RPM as required, 0. 415 kV/0.3 kV, 0.8 PF, 50 HZ + 3% class F insulation, natural aircooled with brushless excitation system, AVR. i/c all accessories such as instrumentation and other auxiliaries complete set. (RPM of generator to be same as RPM of Turbine) 4 Electronic Governors of proven and reputed company/ make including electronic cabinet complete in all respect and suitable for above Turbine sets including proportional Valves and guide vane displacement transducers.The Governor should be able to take 30-50 % step load at one go for isolation operation of plant and should also be compatible for grid synchronisation and parallel operation of both the machines. 5 Main inletValves (MIV) of suitable diameter preferably of Φ 400 mm dia, hydraulically operated along with By-Pass arrangement, Dismantling Joints, mounting flanges andeach capable of handling rated discharge at gross head and suitable for fixing on penstocks. 6 Oil pressure Unit of proven andreputed make for regulation of Guide Vanes and Butterfly Valves of each Turbine with 2 oil pump-motor sets( 1 main & 1 stand by) mounted on oil tank, provided with adequate pressure oil accumulators, nitrogen charged bladders, safety and indicating devices, valves, stariners, relays, instrument, piping etc., in complete shape. 7 Bearing Lubricating Oil System of reputed and proven makefor lubrication and cooling of Bearing Oils of both Driving End and Non Driving End Bearings of Turbine or Generatorwith 2 oil pump-motor sets( 1 main & 1 stand by) mounted on oil tank, provided with adequate pressure oil accumulators, nitrogen charged bladders if required, safety and indicating devices, valves, stariners, relays, instrument, piping etc., in complete shape. 8 Turbine Control(UCB) Panel including protection, metering and control system, all indicating instruments, switches and relays etc. 9 Generator Control and Protection Panel including all indicating instruments, switches, relays and drop out type ACBs of 415 V, 1250 A 10 Transformer Control and Protection Panel including all indicating instruments, switches,relays and drop out type ACBs of 415 V, 1250 A 11 Generator Excitation Panel with all indicating instruments and switches 12 Synchronising Panel switch auto sychroninisng and Check Synchronising relays, duble voltmeter and frequency meter and indicating lamps 13 33 KV VCB Remote Control and Protection Panel 14 Auto Changeover Panel with two sets of 250 A,415 V ,4-pole Main Contactors and auxiliary contactors for smooth and automatic change over of auxiliary power supply form DG set to machine and vice-versa with provision forautomatic charging of DG set battery and self start of DG set in case of machinesupply failure and trippings. 15 33 kV Switchyard Equipment & Auxilliaries : 16 1500 KVA, 0.415/33 KV, 3-Phase, ONAN, OLTC OutdoorStep -Up Transformer 17 63 KVA, 33/0.415 KV, 3-Phase, ONAN Station Auxiliary Transformer 18 33 KV HT VCB of reputed make with 33 KV LAS, CTS ,PTS complete as requiredalong with required control panel for complete installation and commissiong of 33 KV Swichyard 19 0.4 KV Station auxiliary control cubicleand distribution board(LTAC Panel) 20 110 V DC, 300 AH, VRLA Maintenance free Battery alongwith Dual Float cum Boost Charger along with DC Distribution Board 21 Power, Instrumentation and Control Cable with GI cable trays and Hardware 22 G I structures, insulators, conductor and hardware etc. for 33 kV switchyard i/c all civil works like C/o foundation work, all earth work, laying of stone chips etc., cable trenches with covers etc. as required complete. 23 33 kV, 3 phases isolator switch with earthing switch 24 33 kV, 3 phases isolator switch without earthing switch 25 33 kV Lighting arrestor 26 Auxilliary Equipments & General Services of Power Plant 27 MS Earthing mat for Power House& switchyardand Lightning Protection at Power House end. 28 Fire fighting system for Power House and Control room comprising of suitable quantity of portable CO2, Dry Chemical & Foam type fire extinguishers, Sand Buckets, stands etc. 29 EOT Crane of10 T Capacity complete with rails,girder,running wires etc. 30 Mandatory Spares for Turbines, Generators, OPU, LOS, Panels, Switchyard etc. 31 Consumables required during installation and trial run of plant like hydraulic oil, bearing oil, transformer oil in sufficient quantity for first fill of fresh oil in the OPUs, LOS, transformers and subsequent top up during trial run and commissioning of plant, gaskets of different sizes, thrust pads for Split type of Bearings, gland packings, copper/ss shims, grease, hose pipes,O rings of different sizes, filters and strainers,ferrules, cable lugs, etc which are necessary for smooth and efficient operation of plant 32 MandatoryMaintnance Tools/Plants 33 Air conditioning & ventilation as required in power house 34 Security fencing for switchyard 35 Any other item required for successful completion and commissioning of the plant. 36 Providing ABT Metering system and real time communication sytem for the plant conforming to the specifications of SLDC 37 Erection, Testing and Commission of all equipments as mentioned ABOVE
