    The work related to engagement of agency for organizing events in connection with observance ofState Ceremonies insideNabanna, Howrah including supply of floral items, videography etc. from 1st July, 2025 for a period of two years-2 Floral Lining of the portrait (meg 4’ x 3’) with imported flowers 3 Supply of designer flower vase (Brass) (on hire basis) 4 Decoration of flower vase with seasonal and imported flower 5 Flower gardening and decoration with seasonal and imported flowers in front of the portrait 6 Flower Decoration of Venue 7 Supply of special garland with Rajanigandha/Rose/Seasonal Flower for the portrait (of meg 6’ length x 4’ width) 8 Supply of special garland with Rajanigandha/Rose/Seasonal Flower (of meg 4’6” length x 4’ width) 9 Supply of multicolour fresh rose petal (Multicolor) of 1Kg. 10 Brass Lamp with Stand of 4’ Height (on hire basis) 11 Hanging of floral decoration in front of the base with Jui/ Corn/ Rajanigandha, Height 4 ft. 12 Supply of small garland of Jui/ Corn/ Rajanigandha, Height 3 ft. 13 Brass Lamp with stand of 4’ Height (on hire basis) 14 Mustard Oil (250 ml.) 15 Cotton (as per requirement) 16 Big size candle (as and when required) 17 Supply of photographs of eminent personalities with developing, enlarging, printing and mounting (3mm Sunboard) 18 Framing of the same with 4 inch best quality Fibre frame 19 Supply of tray (silver/ cane) 20 Video recording of the entire programme by professional camera and trained photographer. The edited version should be handed over to the concerned Wing in DVD format at the end of each month (In case ofemergency the same should be delivered within 12 days) 21 Dismantling the above arrangement in short period of time after completion of the programme 22 Trained manpower for attending each function 23 Govt. taxes 24 Including all Govt. Taxes
