2M&L for perparation of old decorated surface of walls (plastered/unplastered) including cornices, pilasters etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke, soot moulds, moass and effloroscent salts trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as speciied and directed
3All as per item No 1.01 above but one coat of white wash on ceilings.
4All as per item No 1.01 above but one coat of oil bound emulsion distemper on wallscomplete all as specified and directed
5All as per iten No 1.01 above but one coat of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and dircted.
6M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over and incl one coat of 3 mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as speciied and directed
7M & L for preparation of old painted wooden : surfaces of any description postion and location not otherwise described over 10cms width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) complete all as specified and directed
8All as per item No 1.06 above but applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) on steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed
9Complete removal of existing treatment andapplying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including one coat of putty and priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
10Demolition ofBrick work or stone/boulder masonry, build in cementmortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.
11M&L for brick work with sub class \"B\" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as speciied and directed
12Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish complete all as specified or directed.
13M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfacesfinished even & smooth without using extra cement.
14M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on surfaces other than fair faces of brick/concrete surfacesin CM (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed
15All as per item No 1.13 hereinbefore but in CM 1:3 on ceiling,chajja,roof projection etc. complete all as speciied and directed
16M&L for preparation of the newly plastered surfacesof walls & applying two coatsdistemper oil- emulsion , white or tintedover a coat of primer surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.
17M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on wallsand applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat ofPrimer on walls complete all as specified and directed.
18All as per item no 1.16above but three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as speciied and directed
19Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters(without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm and n exc 4.0 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
20Taking down chowkhats or frames area not exc. 1.50 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

29S&F aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolt with hasp and stapple ( bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet cast or extruded section with fixing bolts and sliding bolt of extruded section 300mm length & dia not less than 12mm with & including 6 Nos of boltscomplete all as specified and directed.
30Preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified.
31Solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplied and fixed in repair in opening as per specification and drawing complete as directed.
32S&F PVC door/cup board shutter 30 mm thick consting of frame made out of MS tube for top and botom rail with PVC sheet strip 20 mm width suitable PVC sheet bedding complete fixing to frame etc all as specified.
33S&F Stainless steel butt hinges medium weight 100mm long
34S&F Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section 150 mm sizecomplete all as specified and directed.
35S & F of mild steel work such as window guard bars door frme and similar work conforming to Fe – 290 Grade – E 165 complete all as specified and directed.
36S&F aluminium powder coated framed windows, any pattern, fixed/side hung/sliding Three Track using powder coated aluminium sections or approved make, with or without sas bar, suitable for 4.00 mm thick glazing and stainless steel alloy wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and averadge width of oaperature 1.40 mm wire gauze, includingnecessary rubber packing, joining cleats, glazing clips, aluminium snap beading, handles, locking arrangments, frame of window should be of handles locking arrangment, frame of window should be of 1.5 mm thick section & shutter sec like handle/interlocking/top/bottom should be of 1.2 mm thick etc, complete all as specified and as directed.Note : Rates inclide all glazing/aluminium wire cloth, rubber packing, joining cleat glazing clips, aluminium snap beading, locking arrangments handle etc.
37Taking up or down GI tubing 15/20mm bore pipe and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal from site as directed
38Supplying and laying of 20 mm bore CPVC pipes SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches, fixing on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified
39Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facing where reqd and pointing in CM 1:3 to ends of edges of landing etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing and making good cutting n.exc 10 cm girth.
40Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises.
41M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colouredcement to match over and including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.
42M & L for Joint freeNon - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchincl and over screed bed or beeding layers of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 in floors, complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed
43Ditto all as per item No 1.41above but onvertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etcincl rendering 10mm thick onof brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete
44M & L for non skid ceramic (colored),7 to 8 mm thick as in floor area of each tile0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to matchincl and over screed bed or beeding layers of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 in floors, complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed.
45M & L for 18-20 mm thick granite slab (Red/black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, Jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including 20 mm thick cement plaster (1:3).(All exposed surfaces should be bull nosed)
46S&F in repair Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 500 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge
47S&F in repair Rotational moulded polyethylene Water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 1000 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge
48Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden or metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips complete all as specified and directed.
49S & F in repairs Sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exe 0.5 sq m in each pane (Thickness in 3.00mm) complete all as speciied and directed
50S&F 3mm thick frosted glass panes and glazing with oil putty & pins/spring pins complete in squares n.exc 0.50 sqm each panes complete all as specified and directed.
51Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as speciied and directed

56S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of green colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.
57S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.
58M&Lfor preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.
59Dismantling wall and ceiling boards any description, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as speciied and directed
60S&F Tee grid suspension system of size 600 mm x 600 mm type-1 made out of roll framed hot dipped galvanised steel zince coated of not less than 120 gm/Sqm, main runner 0.3 mm thick of section24 mm x 33 mm crross runner 0.30 mm thick of section 24 mm x 25 mm, wall angle shall be 0.63 mm thick of section 24 mm x 24 mm grid shall be suspended by 4 mm dia adjustable quick fit hanger rod, system exposed portion shall be pre painted polyester coated in off whitee/white in colour complete with material, fixing, jointing etc., with Coloured textured designer ceiling board (Everest)/Asbestos Cement white fiber Board 4mm thick of size 595 x 595 mm fixing with screws/clips complete all as per manufacturers instructions and direction.
61S&F Solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5 mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and directed
62S&F 5mm thick PVC Sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame complete all as specified and as directed.
63Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) any description and in any position (Below or above ground leverl) not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as speciied and directed
64M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8,75 mm thick type D-1,(using 40mmgraded stone aggregates),andlaid in as floor subbase finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
65M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation.
66M&L Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
67M&L in repair for water proofing treatment to non accessible RCC roofs by providing 10mm thick screed in CM 1:3 mixed with & including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement & applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40kg/sqm & laying APP based polymer modified membrane with polyster non woven reinforced of weight not less than 3 kg/sqm 3mm thick with polythene finished sealing with side over laps of 75mm& 100mm laps at the ends of membrane by torch application method & applying two coats of aluminium paint asper the makes approved by the Engr-in-Charge.
68Repair of steel window shutter not exc 1 Sqmeach by replacing projected type unserviceable hinges with welding new hinges or welded of existing broken hinges and handles to window frames easing of shutter top proper closing with oiling to hinges and painting at welded portion to match the existing surface complete all as speciied and directed
69S&F in repair ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe 40 to 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge
70S&F in repair for fibre glass reinforced transculent sheet 2mm thick in repair any colour fix complete all as specified and as directed
71M&L 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 as in plinth protection/footpath using 40mm graded stone aggregate finishing cement concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement including impression and glass strip or bitumen filling in two panel etc complete all as specified and as directed.
72M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in CM 1:6for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

74S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests and connection with cast iron P trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe)complete with provision of lime concrete bedding including taking down/ Dismantling existing unserviceable WC of any description and in any position & fixingnew WC in repair and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
75S & F in repair vitreous china wash basin, white flat back , size 550mmx450mm with and including Waste fittings, brass, chromium plated forbasins with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed with and including Supplying and fixing cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy typepillar tap 15mm bore,screwed down high pressure with or without lettered hot or cold with long shanks, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.
76S & F in repairs viterous china wash down water closet (Pedestal pattern) EWC white incl plastic water closet seat cover and mild steels chromium plated on aluminium hinging device and connecting to \"P\" or \"S\" incl connecting flush pipe with flushing rim complete all as speciied and directed

89S&F in repair 18 mm (+0.7mm) thick solid PVC Sheet one side prelam for cupboard shutter of density 600 Kg/Cbm bent 900 and finish at all edges at level for makingedges at level for making edge lipping/bendingor 0.5 mm thick PVC sheet lipping at 4 edges using bonding taps etc complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge and manufacturer specification.
90M & L for treating Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified.
91Providing and injecting chemicalemulsion for Post structional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not providedusing chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete
