Rest wall should be 0.23 mtr thick.brick work in ratio 1:4 cement & cores Sand in the hollow portion the sand should be filled from the ground level up to 15 centimeter below from the top of wall,Cement,sand & brick Ballasts should be filled up to 15 centimeter.Two no. of channel 100x50 in length 1500mm will be grouded.0.35 CM.RCC will be done with cores sand, cement and stone ballast in the ratio of 1:2:4.The t/fs plinth should be plastered on all sides 12mm thick in ratio 1:6 by cement and cores sand. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor .) 18 Construction of missionary type Distribution Pillar box with first class brick ballast cement, coarse sand, local sand, brick ballast and MS Round bar of 10 mm dia including Straight MS Angle 50X50X6X750 mm- (All the material will be arranged by the contractor). 19 ChemicalEarthing for Transformer withouterpipe diameter50mm,innerStrip40x6,length3000 mm. galvanization up to 200 micro, earthing pipe withcrystallineconductivemixturefilledinside thepipewithanti-corrosion&highconductive alongwith50Kg(As perrequired) ofBFC which should be capable to reducing the soil resistively with good moisture retaining capacity.(Specificationofchemicalearthingand drawing is hereby enclosed). All material shall by supply by the contractor. 20 Fabrication erection of substation type Double pole structure on 11 Mtr long ST pole including mounting of one no. top channel of size 100x50 mm 2.25m, two nos. dropper angle with clams and nut bolts, with fixing of necessary clamps, accessories required, grouting in 1:4:8 cement sand, brick ballast and making of plinth 300mm above ground level. The pole will be planted on the stone pad of size 300x300x7.5 mm ST pole shall be supplied by the deptt. 21 Construction of retaining wall, fabrication & erection of Wire mesh fencing around Transformer and Distribution Pillar Box with retaining wall & 1 no. gate with locking arrangement made of MS Angle iron of size 50x50x6 mm jointed with nuts and bolts. The panel must be supported with MS Flat of size 50x6 mm.Wiremesh of size 8 SWG rectangle type, its painting as per norms of RESSPO.(All the material will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost). 22 Hoisting of 11 KV 3x185 sqmm XLPE Cable (All the material will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost except cable). 23 Cable laying of 11 KV 3x185 sqmm XLPE Cable in normal soil by digging of trench 700 mm deep 500 mm wide including supply of required materials as fine sand, 1st class bricks,stone slab. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost except cable). 24 Laying of LT XLPE cable of size 3.5x185/1x630/3.5x400/1x240 Sq. mm in between T/F and distribution pillar box to LT Pole its proper connection & jumpering. (Only cable will be provided by the department) 25 Erection & commissioning of ABC including its proper stacking. (ABC will be provided by the Department, Clamps & Connectors will be arranged by the Contractor ) 26 High Pressure testing of 11 KV 3x185 sqmm. XLPE cable with DC voltage at 18 KV with hold up to 5 minutes. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor). 27 Supply and fixing of followings items 28 LT Clamp with Nuts 29 HT Connectors 30 Dropper Channel (100x50x2028) 31 Top Channel (125x65x2240) 32 AL Lugs (240/630Amp.) 33 Copper L Piece (50x225x10) 34 GI Pipe 6Dia 35 Clamp for Top/T-off/Dropper and S/S B.A 36 M.S.
