1Providing & Fixing of Cage fencing of 160, 250, 400, 630 & 1000 KVA Plinth! mounted transformer in various area to avoid electrical human/cattle accidents by fabrication of cage (1 Inch Sq wire mesh) made of 10 gauge wire in suitable size angle iron frame (35X35X4 mm) of size 10\"(L)x6\"(W)x7\"(H) by strengthening of wire mesh by 20x3 mm M.S. flat horizontally as well as vertically, Grouting the panel with 1:2:4 cement/coarse sand/brick ballast. The Frame should be bolted on angles at the four corners so that frame may be un-bolted/bolted at the time of replacement of the transformer. Provision of 1 gate should be there for maintenance of the transformer. Painting (1 coat of red oxide + 2 coat of Bus green enamel paint). The wire mesh should be earthed with 50x6 mm MS earthing strip with existing earthing of Transformer Body. All men, material and T&P provided by the contractor to complete the fabrication, transportation and installation. (Complete Fitting)
