Tender For 24 Metre Road Par Divider Par M.S Grill Work,R.G.N Scheme Bly. - First class brick work with 1:4 cement and coarse sand in foundation plinth including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for the proportion of the work as per S.I. 305 2 Mild steel or iron work of small size and sections such as holding down bolts, hold fast ,tie roads grating etc. (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required form, including of supply of steel, boalts nuts and wastage etc. and there fixing required for proper completion of work. fabrication of grill and stair case railling. S.I NO.502(c) 3 Cement concrete with 2 cm. (1½) gauge approved stone, ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportionof 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(S.I.no.279(i)) 4 12 mm thick plaster with cement and course sand of 1.25 F.M. Mortar in 1:4 brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 3/8 (10 mm) thick including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I.No.584 i) 5 Poviding and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over platered surface to prepare ……….smooth complete AS per dsr 13.26 6 Two or more coat applied @ 1.67ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg /10sqm As per dsr 13.46.1 7 Earth filling under plinth by cartage earth brought from out sideup to 4.0km from onstruion site (analysis) 8 Painting first coat over priming coat ( but excluding cost of priming coat ) on wood or steel and other metal surface with superior synthetic enamel standard .. Proper completion of the work.SI no. 2 Chapter 15 ( Painting & Distempering ( new item ) 9 Apply priming coat over new steel and other metal surface after and including preparing the surface throughly cleaning all grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with the brushes … proper completion of the work.
