    Tender For 06 -public place strip stone ceiling pouring - 1 As Per RUIDP SOR 2023 2 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level : 3 Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto two stories in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 4 Reinforcement for R.C.C. work at all levels including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars. 5 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labpour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand) 6 Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 7 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work 8 Providing sand stone slab for roofing and laying them in cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) over wooden karries or R.C.C. battens (Karries and battens to be paid separately) including pointing the ceiling joints with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand ) complete :Red sand stone slab 9 Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 10 Total S.No 02 to 09 Amount 13041.30Say 5.00Lacs
