Surface preparation should be as per SSPC-SP-2-63Paint System :One coat of Zinc Phosphate Epoxy Primer (P - 6)Two coats of Epoxy finish paint (F - 6)DFTa. Primer - (35 + 3) (1 Coat)b. Finish - (35 + 3) (2 Coats)Total DFT of all three coats - 105 μ (min) 2 Surface preparation and spray painting of Cable trays using Coaltar Epoxy. Surface preparation should be asper SSPC-SP-2-63Paint System : One coat of Epoxy Primer (P - 6)One coat of Coaltar Epoxy finish (F - 7)DFTa. Primer - 1 (35 + 3) μ (1 Coat)b. Finish - 1 (90 + 10) μ (1 Coat) Total DFT of all two coats - 125 μ (min) 3 Surface preparation and spray painting of gratings using Coaltar Epoxy.Surface preparation should be as per SSPC-SP-2-63 as given in the scope of work (measurement on running M2 basis).Paint System : One coat of Epoxy Primer.
