Tender For Maintenance Of Community Toilet At Chekkadi Street In Thisaiyanvilai Town Panchayat; 1 Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 20mm Iss and mbg metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc.complete. 2 VibratedPlain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 mix,(one part of cement, two part of M.sand and four part of aggregate) mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal from approved Quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing the concrete and other incidental charges to site etc., complete.as per standard specification 28 V,VI S25 3 Plastering with CM 1:5(One part of cement & five parts of sand) mix for 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materialsto work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing,finishing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:56&57 4 Dadooing glassed tiles in C.M 1:2 including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete. 5 Paving the Floor with ceramic tiles of approved make and quality with plain / colour in CM 1:3, 20mm thick and pinting with white cement including finishing jointing and polishing with glossy finish etc., complete. 6 Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc., centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86. 7 Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6) 8 Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading cha 9 Supplying and fixing in Position of Indian Oriya pan type water closet with “P’’ or “S’’ trap to set inbrick jelly concrete 1:4:8 Mix concrete 10 cm thick using 20mm brick jelly and top finished with c.m. 1:3 mix 20mm thick without any leakage etc. complete. 10 Supplying and fixing in position colour glazed EUROPEAN WATER CLOSET with P or S trap and double flapped seat cover, 12.50 litres capacity P.V.C. low level FLUSHING TANK including all internal fittings fixed on C.I. brackets, 12mm PVC or brass nipple, chromium plated brown headed stopcock, 12mm nylon connection with necessary teakwood plugs, clamps, screws to the portion coming with walls and floors, including dismantling masonry and redoing the same to the original condition. 11 Fabricating, supplying and fixing in positon of SOLID PVC DOORS with frames of different sizes as per the specifications given below: PVC door frames made out of best quality PVC extruded section of 40mm * 58 mm * 2.50 mm +/- 0.3 mm thick, having multichamber cross section and duly reinforced with steel to be mitre cut at the corners and welded including providing tie rod at the bottom and necessary weather seal etc., and PVC door shutters made out of extruded plastic section of 60 mm * 24 mm size in the configruation of an A section for shutter frames and multi-chamber hollow plastic section of 200 mm *200 mm*1 mm (average thickness) with tongue and groove section for panels etc., with necessary holdfasts, rubber beedings, furniture fittings, locking arrangements etc., complete including dimantling the masnery, making chippings, holes in the RCC column, beam etc., wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. 12 Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 23 C.m x 23 C.m x 2 C.m size using cement mortor 1:3 mix mixed with 2% by weight of Crude Oil and pointing with Cement Mortor 1:3 mix Cost of all materials and labour charges and brick jelly concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications. 13 Exterior Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications 14 Ligth point 15 Supply and delivery of 2000 Liters HDE Tank including cost & convayance etc complete
