Tender For Work Of Dryer House, Counting and issuing 50 kg sacks as per requirement from the store and marking the jute sacks with ink and stencils provided by the mill and keeping them suitable for filling sugar and filling sugar with graders in all three shifts every day, weighing machines in net weight. Bringing BISS sugar sacks from the warehouse and melting them in magma/melter as per instructions and washing the empty sacks, drying them and depositing them in the store at the rate of Rs. per kg. , Taking out sacks of brown sugar from the warehouse and bringing them to the designated place and melting them with ones own resources, then washing the empty sacks, drying them, tying them in bundles of 25-25 and depositing them in the store at the rate of Rs. per kg. ,, Rate of melting the scrap sugar kept in the crystallizer for the session 2022-23 as per instructions, Rs. per crystallizer. Melting rate of wet sugar and road sugar coming out from hopper and grader at the specified place is Rs. per kg. The rate of taking out sacks of dry seeds and taking them to seed elevator and melting them is Rs. per kg. In case of emergency, if the dryer house is not vacant, then the rate of laying bed up to the height of 6 sacks in the dryer house is Rs. per kg. At the end of the session, the brown sugar extracted from the centrifugal machines should be filled in sacks, weighed in net weight, stitched and kept at the directed place and the extracted sacks should be kept in stacks in 6 pieces from the godown or in the directed godown at the rate of Rs. 1 per kg. , At the end of the session 2023-24, sugar/molasses should be scraped from various equipments of the boiling house, filled in sacks and kept at the directed place and washing and cleaning of the entire equipment of the boiling house with water and dumping the waste/debris at the directed place.
