    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Requirement Of Mechanical Maintenance In Order To Render Guidance During Overhauling And Break Down Maintenance Of Circulating Water Pump ( Jtc56 Nmc & Tm56tc ) And Auxiliary Cooling Water Pumps ( Jtc38 Gmc & E24tc ) . The Total Maintenance Activities Including Removal, Dismantling, Assembly, Commissioning And Trial Run Of Pumps Will Be Supervised By The Service Engineer Of M / S Wpil Limited. Necessary Reading Will Be Taken. Remedial Action To Be Taken As Per Requirement, Like Replacement Of Worn Out Parts, Lubrication Of Components, Buffing, Cleaning And Painting Of Pipes Etc. Agency Has To Submit A Overhauling Report, Alignment Readings, Float Adjustments Readings And Major Exception, Recommendation Etc. Service Engineer Will Provide Necessary Assistance To Nalco Maintenance Personnel In Identifying The Need Of Spare Parts And Planning Of The Same In Time.
