3Excavating trenches of required width in all kinds of soil for pipes, cables, etc. including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, upto specified depth, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil, all work up to any lead & lift as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Pipes, cables etc, not exceeding 80 mm dia.

5Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 [1 cement : 2 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources]

32Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations] Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)
33Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations] Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations. (3) Cutting of all reinforcement shall be done using hack saw or chiesel or any other method as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge]
34Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations] Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Cutting of all reinforcement shall be done using hack saw or chiesel or any other method as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. (2) Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work
35Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations] Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
