All works above plinth level upto floor V level Note: - Minimum cement content considered is @ 330 kg/ cum. 10Extra for providing richer mixes at all floor levels. Providing M-30 grade concrete instead of M-25 grade BMC/RMC. Note: - Minimum cement content considered is @ 340 kg/ cum. Any quantity less than 340 kg/cum as per design mix shall be deducted @ Rs 976.70/Qtl (As per SSR 2020). However no extra shall be paid for higher quantity of cement used as per design mix.
